Locked Out
A SMS based service that services as a Uber for locksmith; Lock smith work, such as being locked out of a car or house, is usually done by a set of independent locksmith companies, many who are associated with fraud. The market needs a trustworthy brand that will deliver the same service from a trustworthy pre-vetted locksmith network.
The problem
Consumers when encountering locksmith problems do not have reliable, tech forward solution to dispatch a worker in a timely manner for this problems. The status quo are a mixed bag of credible local locksmith companies and frauds who drill and break locks to replace them at high costs.
Solution
We built a mobile and SMS solutions, where users order and pay for a locksmith to show up and fix problems ad hoc within a reasonable time:
1. The client contact us via our iOS or SMS line
2. We take the request, parse out the service needed and dispatch it to our network of locksmith; A locksmith responds and we match it into the "channel" so the locksmith can speak to the customer;
3. We have a fixed price that we pay out to the customer and locksmith based on the work; We take the entire amount from the customer first and send it to the locksmith upon completion; becoming a trusted intermediary
