A marketplace that allows IT directors to procure labor and SAAS software for their company; ScaleDesk both builds an network of IT contractors and their resumes and also a database of enterprise SAAS software solutions.
IT directors has to deal with a lot to procure labor and software for IT processes they run. They often are in interaction with several staffing vendors for labor and several resellers for software to get an IT process implemented and in place. These often take place over email and zoom meetings. Afterwards, they also have to interview countless candidates to make sure that they are a good fit. Once a consultant is onboarded, they then need train them to run the process and implement a statement of procedure.
ScaleDesk wants to solve 2 problems:
-Having to manage too many vendors to get solutions for labor and software reselling
-The pain of interviewing/integrating/training a consultant to run an IT process
ScaleDesk will be a single platform where IT directors can purchase an integrated solution of an entire IT process including the consultant, software and training. So they avoid both the the annoyance of talking to different vendors and also integrating/training the consultant to run a process internally. Upon turnover, we'll recruit and retrain a person to replace and run the process.
On our side, we would be able to both enjoy the 40% margin of the IT staffing market and a 10%-15% reseller fee for the software market.
